Sometimes you ended with some pieces that will really play with you and this was one of them.  The red an white open weave straw was hand draped to form these unique folds in this 1940's fascinator shape.  She is trimmed in feathers, raffia poms, and netting.  The hat secures to the head with a discreet elastic that goes under the back of the head.
